Thanks for visiting my baking adventures blog! I created this blog in August of 2013, but have compiled as many baking memories as I can from the past, so I have estimated (pretty accurately I think based on calendars and file dates!) dates for all posts prior to August 2013 for context… and hopefully for proof of improvement and growth 🙂

The purpose of this blog is primarily for sweet baked goods, and for my own projects or at least projects I am involved in. Eliminating the pressure on myself to make it about creating and presenting the perfect treat or photograph, my goal is to use it as a way to document creativity and experimentation and as a photo archive for myself, and anyone else who would like to see.
